Film ‘Hangout’ ceritanya tentang sembilan public figure yakni Raditya Dika, Prilly Latuconsina, Titi Kamal, Dinda Kanya Dewi, Mathias Muchus, Gading Marten, Surya Saputra, Soleh Solihun dan Bayu Skak, mereka diundang oleh seorang pria misterius bernama Pak Surmasono, untuk ‘Hangout’ di villa di sebuah pulau terpencil,

Hangout ini bertujuan untuk membicarakan sebuah proyek dengan sejumlah uang besar. Mereka pun berangkat memenuhi undangan tersebut.

Setibanya di sana, masalah telah muncuk sehak malam pertama ketika Mathias Muchus mati diracun dihadapan mereka. Kendala berikutnya, mereka tidak bisa segera kembali karena perahu penjemput mereka, akan tiba lima hari kemudian. Mereka pun terjebak dalam pulau tersebut.

Mereka berusaha untuk bertahan hidup, tapi satu persatu malah mati. Ketika tinggal berempat, salah seorang dari mereka berhasil menemukan siapa pembunuhnya. Sayang belum sempat memberitahu siapa pembunuhnya, dia pun malah mati.

Mengapa Pa Sumarsono mengundang mereka semua, kemudian mereka harus dibunuh? Siapa sajakah mereka yang tinggal berempat? Siapakah pembunuh sebenarnya, apakah Pa Sumarsono atau satu diantara mereka berempat?

The movie 'Hangout' is about nine public figures, Raditya Dika, Prilly Latuconsina, Titi Kamal, Dinda Kanya Dewi, Mathias Muchus, Gading Marten, Surya Saputra, Soleh Solihun and Bayu Skak, they are invited by a mysterious man named Pak Surmasono, Hangout 'in a villa on a remote island,

This hangout aims to discuss a project with a large sum of money. They also went to meet the invitation.

Upon arriving there, the problem had popped up during the first night when Mathias Muchus was poisoned in front of them. The next obstacle, they can not be back soon because their pickup boat, will arrive five days later. They were trapped in the island.

They try to survive, but one by one even die. When staying four, one of them managed to find who the murderer. Unfortunately has not had time to tell who the killer, he even died.

Why did Pa Sumarsono invite them all, then they should be killed? Who are the four of them? Who is the real killer, is Pa Sumarsono or one of the four?
